SKILLS COMING DUE REPORT

INTRODUCTION

Skills and Credentials is a feature in the Learning Management System (LMS) and is used by Educators and Supervisors to track the completion of skills, certifications and outsourced training such as CPR, First Aid, Safe Food Handling, and N95 Mask Fit Testing. The report can be exported to PDF or EXCEL.

Using your collapsible side menu, click REPORTS

Click on the tab SKILLS to view reports on Skills Coming Due.

In this report you can filter by Education Group, Skills Coming Due in (time frame) and skill.

Skills Coming Due Report and applicable filters are displayed.

Click GO, once you have applied your filters.

You will get a list of skills coming due.

A list of user names with the status of their skills is displayed, along with their comptency status, renewal date and alert date.

You can also approve skills from this report, if applicable.

To approve the skill, click the user name, and it will take you to the user’s profile in which you can review the information - and approve by clicking the orange pending approval button.
