UTILIZATION REPORT
INTRODUCTION
There are a number of reports available that provide data on individual users. All the reports provide filters and customization that provide specific information. All reports can be exported to PDF and Excel.
Education Coordinators and System Administrators will see all users within the database. Department Supervisors will only see those employees who report to them.
The utilization report provides you with high level information based on education groups. There are 3 filters you can use to help streamline the data, the filters are:
- Education Group
- Education Year
- Education Type (Annual or Orientation)
The information pulled within the utilization report include:
- Name of the education groups
- Number of Required Courses
- Number & Percentage of Staff with Overdue Courses
- Number & Percentage of Staff with in a Current Status
- Total Required Courses Completed
- Total Optional Courses Completed
- Total Recommended Courses Completed
