COURSE REPORTS - REQUIRED HISTORY
INTRODUCTION
There are a number of reports available that provide data on individual users. All the reports provide filters and customization that provide specific information. All reports can be exported to PDF and Excel.
Education Coordinators and System Administrators will see all users within the database. Department Supervisors will only see those employees who report to them.
The required history report is a review of the life cycle of an assignment.
Within this report you can select filters to allow you to view specific information. Some of the filters include: Education Group(s), Year and view removed department/education groups. This report can be exported to PDF or EXCEL.
In this report you will be able to view the part(s) of the assignment that were changed.
Additionally in this report you will be able to re-activate an assignment that is no longer active.
