MONTHLY EDUCATION SUMMARY REPORT

INTRODUCTION

There are a number of reports available that provide data on individual users. All the reports provide filters and customization that provide specific information. All reports can be exported to PDF and Excel.

Education Coordinators and System Administrators will see all users within the database. Department Supervisors will only see those employees who report to them.

The Monthly Education Summary report provides a list of education completed by month and an overall summary of the Number of Completed Courses, Total Course Length, and Number of Users Completed Courses .

Clicking on the employee name will hyperlink to the User Education Status Report.

The Monthly Education Summary Report is displayed, along with the other report options. The filters located under the option reports include Month, Education Year, Education Groups, Course Status. The customize button is displayed, it is clickable allowing you further to customize the data. There are PDF and EXCEL download buttons to the right of the page.

The data is displayed for the Monthly Summary Report. The data displayed include the employee name, title of course, duration, course completed date, and the pre and post test completion.
