USER EDUCATION HISTORY
INTRODUCTION
There are a number of reports available that provide data on individual users. All the reports provide filters and customization that provide specific information. All reports can be exported to PDF and Excel.
Education Coordinators and System Administrators will see all users within the database. Department Supervisors will only see those employees who report to them.
The education history report provides data on ALL completed education. This includes optional and recommended education.
To access the User Education History Report, click on the left hand menu side and select REPORTS. Click on the USER EDUCATION HISTORY icon.
Click on the employee name.
Once the employee name is selected you will be able to further customize the data/your view, including; from and to date, course status and type.
A summary of course completed, mandatory courses, and non mandatory courses.
Scrolling further down the employee transcript, you will find:
- The name of the course
- The type of course
- The date & year of credit/completion
- The certificate, and test course
