SKILLS SUMMARY REPORT
INTRODUCTION
Skills and Credentials is a feature in the Learning Management System (LMS) and is used by Educators and Supervisors to track the completion of skills, certifications and outsourced training such as CPR, First Aid, Safe Food Handling, and N95 Mask Fit Testing. The report can be exported to PDF or EXCEL.
Using your collapsible side menu, click REPORTS
Click on the tab SKILLS to view reports on Skills and Credentials
The SKILLS SUMMARY REPORT provides a total overview of who has what skill, training, or credential. You can use the filters to tailor your search, by: department, skill, supervisor, etc.
Click FILTER to apply your preferences and view the summary report.
The summary will display the name of the user, their email (if applicable), access level, etc.
The report can be customized, by clicking the customize button to add/hide columns.
The legend at the top will highlight if the skill is approved, pending approval, or expired. The stars indicate level of competency. The percentage at the bottom indicates what percentage of staff have this skill.
