PULLING USER REPORTS - DASHBOARD REPORT

Introduction

There are a number of reports available that provide data on individual users. All the reports provide filters and customization that provide specific information.  All reports can be exported to PDF and Excel.

Education Coordinators and System Administrators will see all users within the database.  Department Supervisors will only see those employees who report to them.

The Dashboard report provides a high level overview of the staff education. As this is a larger report you can customize the columns and drill down the information even more.  Clicking on the employee name will hyperlink to the User Education Status Report.

In this report, you will be able to find information on:

• Log in activity
• Number of pieces of education that is overdue, coming due, completed late & on time
• Number of pieces of education assigned at the individual level
