QRM - Completed Report

Completed Report -Allows you to review and download completed audits, with the option to download multiple audits at one time.

You can also unlock a completed audit to allow the user to update or edit their responses. A reason must be provided when unlocking an audit. All original responses are retained and recorded in the Unlock History icon for reference.

To unlock an audit:

1. Click on the lock icon. A secondary window will open.
2. Enter the reason for unlocking the audit.
3. Click unlock.
