• Eye Icon – Open report view to apply filters and review detailed data.
• Arrow Icon – Expand table and rearrange variables to view data in different layers.

Audit Completion

• Shows completed vs. not completed audits.
• Drill down to:
  • QRM Name → Audit Summary Report
  • Schedule Name → QRM Details

Compliance Rate

• Displays audits meeting the deficiency threshold vs. non-compliant audits.
• Drill down to:
  • QRM Name → Audit Summary Report
  • Schedule Name → QRM Detai

 

Deficiencies by Month

• Shows total deficiencies by month within the selected timeframe.
• Drill down to:
  • QRM Name → Audit Summary Report
  • Schedule Name → QRM Details
• Includes:
  • Total audits allowed
  • Number of deficient responses per audit

Deficient Responses by Program

• Displays deficient responses by Program.
• Drill down to:

• View:

Outstanding Actions by User

• Shows number of outstanding actions per user.
• Drill down to:
