Understanding QRM Reports

UNDERSTANDING QRM REPORTS

The Quality and Risk Management product includes two tools that provide data to the organization. The Analytics tool enables users to compare and evaluate data across various metrics, while the QRM Report icon offers six reports that deliver specific, structured, and detailed information. All reports include filtering options to allow for deeper analysis and can be downloaded in PDF or Excel format. Access to reports is determined by the user’s access level.

The reports include:

Dashboard Report - Provides a graphical, high-level view of the data. This report includes hyperlinks that direct users to the Analytics tool for further analysis.

Audit Summary Report - This report provides a summary of responses and results for one or multiple audits. It also includes a Deficiencies Summary tab, which offers an overview of deficient responses and associated actions for one or multiple audits.

User Status Report - Provides the status of audits that have been started, completed, or assigned to the user.

Action Summary Report - Displays the number of outstanding actions assigned to users within the organization.

Completed Report -Allows you to review and download completed audits, with the option to download multiple audits at one time.

Audit Completion Report - Provides an overview of completion status within the system, including any open deficiencies.
