HOW TO TRANSFER ACTIONS AND SCHEDULES
When an individual changes roles or leaves the organization, any outstanding actions or scheduled items can be reassigned from one user to another.
To complete the transfer, both users must be listed in the Active Directory within the Manage Users tab.
To transfer:
- Click on QRM from the main menu
- Click Manage QRM
3. Click Transfer icon at the top of the page
4. Check off the applicable field(s) of what you would like to transfer.
5. Select from whom you are transferring from using the drop down arrow
6. Select the role and/or user of who you would like to transfer to.
7. Click Transfer
