MANAGE QRM
As a privileged/superuser user you are able to manage the functionality within QRM. You can create, edit and schedule audits.
To access Manage QRM
- From the main menu on the left hand side, click QRM
- Click Manage QRM
The top icons include:
MY QRM - is where you will find any audits that you have started, and/or finished. You can also view your completed and incomplete audits.
MY ACTIONS - is where users will find and complete Actions assigned to them, and follow up on Actions they have assigned to others.
MANAGE CATEGORY - edit or add new categories for QRM’s
TRANSFER - Transfer Incomplete QRM Actions and/or Incomplete QRM Schedule(s)
CREATE NEW QRM - Create a new audit
QRM REPORTS - this will take you the QRM Reports
The tabs included in Manage QRM include:
My Active Library - Contains active audit’s
- This is where you can schedule audit's
Scheduled QRM - Contains the scheduled QRM’s
- You can view/edit schedule(s)
Inactive QRM - Contains the inactive audit’s
Under Construction - Contains the audit’s that currently being edited
QRM Library - Contains prebuilt audits that can be copied and edited to meet your organizational needs.
