WHAT IS QUALITY RISK MANAGEMENT (QRM)
Key Facts to Know about QRM
QRM is a Quality Risk Management system. QRM can be accessed by clicking on the QRM icon from the main menu located on the left hand side.
- QRM allows organizations to schedule and/or complete audits (observations) in real time.
- Using QRM allows your organization to analyze KPIs and create quality improvement plans in real time.
- The QRM subscription comes with pre-built audits that you can use immediately, or you can customize them or build from scratch.
- QRM’s can be created in a standard format (one person starts & completes), or in part audit (multiple people can complete different sections/part).
- Audits can also be set up to let you repeat them and get multiple audit/observations without having to start from the beginning.
- Creating confidential audits to ensure only certain access levels can view responses.
- If a deficient answer is selected, prompting you to create a follow up action to correct the situation. Choose to address each one as they occur or create all actions at the end of the audit.
- Questions can be imported directly into QRM, and multiple types of questions can be created (i.e. Radio Dial, Multiple selection, date/time, slider)
Main Page Icons
Depending on your access level you will see different icons and available functionality. The main icons on the QRM page include:
- MY QRM - is where you will find any audits that you have started, and/or finished. You can also view your completed and incomplete audits.
- QRM on Demand - is where you will find a list of audits that are ready for real time use.
- Manage QRM - this is only available to those who have been granted access to managing QRM (i.e. schedule, edit etc.)
- MY Actions - is where you will find any actions that have been assigned to you, and a list of actions that you have assigned to others.
