HOW TO SCHEDULE A PART AUDIT
A part audit is an observation completed by multiple people. Different sections/area’s can be assigned to different people with different due dates.
Audits can be scheduled for either an individual or a group of individuals known as a role to complete. There are multiple areas (Under Construction, Active Library) within the system in which you can activate and create a new schedule.
Scheduling An Audit from Active Directory
1. From the main menu, click QRM
2. Click Manage QRM
3. From the active directory locate the audit
4. Click the blue icon
a. If there is an already active schedule, you will create a new schedule.
5. Type in the name/location/area of the audit
6. Select the frequency
a. You can schedule the audit for one time
i. Select the due date if you select the one time audit.
b. Multiple frequency options include: every week, every 2 months
ii. Select the start date if you choose a recurring frequency.
c. Create a custom frequency
7. Click Submit and Continue
8. Send Email Notification
9. Add the start date for the specific section (If this was not already included when the audit was created)
10. Invite Roles, select those roles (ie. QRM IPAC) that are responsible for completing the audit(s)
11. Invite Users, select the individual that is responsible for completing the audit(s).
Scheduling Note
When scheduling an audit for completion, it will appear to the assigned user(s) MY QRM dashboard based on the due date.
For example - a Weekly audit will appear 3 days before the due date of the assigned user dashboard.
From Under Construction
1. Click the blue icon schedule and make active
2. Type in the name/location/area of the audit
3. Select the frequency
a. You can schedule the audit for one time
- Select the due date if you select the one time audit.
b. Multiple frequency options include: every week, every 2 months etc.
- Select the start date if you choose a recurring frequency.
c. Create a custom frequency
4. Send Email Notification
5. Add the start date for the specific section
6. Invite Roles, select those roles (ie. QRM IPAC) that are responsible for completing the audit(s)
7. Invite Users, select the individual that is responsible for completing the audit.
