MODIFYING A SCHEDULE
Scheduled Audits can be viewed and/or modified within QRM. The schedules can also be downloaded into either a PDF or excel. This functionality is only available by access level.
To view/modify an audit:
- From main menu click QRM
- Click Manage QRM
- Click Scheduled QRM
- From here you are able to apply filters including category, date range, and include any inactive audits.
- Click Go to apply the filters
A list of audits will appear, and you will see existing schedules and their status. These can be viewed in detail and modified.
To Modify a Schedule
- Click on the blue calendar icon
A list of the schedule for each audit will appear, if it is a part audit, click on the plus sign to see the schedule for each part
The options to edit the schedule include: X to inactivate the schedule, the envelope to notify the user assigned, Check box selection option - this is to inactivate a particular part, and the calendar icon to reschedule/re-assign to a different person.
Inactivating the Audit - Click on the X, Next to the Audit Name will inactive the entire schedule.
Inactivating a Part of an Audit - Click on the check box, and then click on the X
Updating a Schedule - Click on the red Calendar Icon, and the schedule will open.
From here you can modify the date, using the calendar icon, remove, and invite new users to complete the audit.
Click submit to complete the changes.
