HOW TO EDIT AN AUDIT
Occasionally, audits may require updates. When updating audits that are active and scheduled, you MUST inform your team that you are updating it, and let them know when the new one will be available, as the previous version will need to be inactivated.
Once an audit is inactivated any incomplete audits, and/or scheduled audits will no longer be available. Additionally, the copied (updated version) audit must be assigned a new name, as the system does not allow multiple audits with the same name.
Updating Process Notes:
- All edits are made from the UNDER CONSTRUCTION TAB.
- From the ACTIVE TAB, you can Inactivate the current audit, then create a copy, make your changes and active the new audit.
- From the ACTIVE TAB, you can Create a copy (new audit), then inactivate the original, and lastly activate the updated version and reschedule if required.
