HOW TO SCHEDULE A STANDARD AUDIT
A Standard Audit is an observation completed and documented by one person. The same individual starts and finishes the entire audit.
A Part Audit is an observation completed by multiple individuals.
Audits can be scheduled from several areas within the system. Once scheduled, the audit will appear on the assigned user’s My QRM dashboard based on the selected due date.
Scheduling An Audit from Active Directory
1. Click the blue icon
a. If there is a schedule, the label will read View Schedule, Click Create New Schedule
b. If there is no schedule, the label will read Create Schedule
2. Type in the name/location/area of the audit
3. Select the frequency
a.You can schedule the audit for one time
i. Select the due date if you select the one time audit.
b. Multiple frequency options include: every week, every 2 months
ii. Select the start date if you choose a recurring frequency.
c. Create a custom frequency
4. Send Email Notification
5. Invite Roles – Select the role(s) (for example, QRM IPAC) responsible for completing the audit(s).
6. Invite Users – Select the individual(s) responsible for completing the audit(s)
7. Click Submit
Scheduling From Under Construction
1. Click the blue icon schedule and make it active.
2. Type in the name/location/area of the audit
3. Select the frequency
a. You can schedule the audit for one time
i. Select the due date if you select the one time audit.
b. Multiple frequency options include: every week, every 2 months etc.
ii. Select the start date if you choose a recurring frequency.
c. Create a custom frequency
4. Click Submit and Continue
5. Select the appropriate option for email notification
5. Invite Roles, select those roles (ie. QRM IPAC) that are responsible for completing the audit(s)
6. Invite Users, select the individual that is responsible for completing the audit.
7. Click submit.
Scheduling Note
When scheduling an audit for completion, it will appear to the assigned user(s) MY QRM dashboard based on the due date.
For example - a Weekly audit will appear 3 days before the due date of the assigned user dashboard.
