Importing Questions Into QRM

IMPORTING QUESTIONS INTO QRM

When creating a new QRM audit, you can either add questions one at a time or import (bulk add) multiple questions at once.

All imported questions will appear as radio button options. Each question must then be reviewed and edited individually to match the required criteria.

Question Type Options

The answer options include:

• Check box (select all that apply)
• Date
• Date & Time
• Radio Button
• Slider and Text
• Drop Down
• User Name

Additional options after you have added a question

Once you have added your question, you can:

• Add additional questions
• Add skip logic to the question (skip to the next applicable question)
• Copy, Edit or Delete the question
