UNDERSTANDING ON DEMAND SETTINGS
On Demand allows audits to be accessed at any time. These audits are available to all users. The Change Status field allows you to make the audit inactive.
When setting up an On Demand Part Audit, you must complete the required fields to ensure the audit is sent to the correct individuals.
You can select who receives notifications by choosing the appropriate users from the drop-down menu.
For Part Audits, you can assign specific sections to different roles within the organization.
Use the drop-down menu to select a role other than the supervisor of the person who started the audit. You can also send notifications to specific individuals for their assigned sections.
You may choose to notify the user’s supervisor when the audit is launched. After all sections are completed, a final email will be sent to everyone involved.
Click Save.
