Investigating an Account - Act as User

INVESTIGATING AN ACCOUNT - ACT AS USER

(EDUCATION COORDINATOR OR SYSTEM ADMIN ACCESS LEVEL ONLY)
 

As a privileged user there is functionality built into the system that allows you to log into a learner’s profile and review/investigate the account WITHOUT using the learners username & password. 

How to Act as a User:

1. From the manager user profile, locate the learner name
2. Click the icon at the furthest left next to the learner name 

This will open the learner’s profile. 

You will be able to move around the learner’s profile as if you are the user. 

Once completed you must click the X. This will fully log you out as the learner.
