HOW TO INACTIVATE A USER
INTRODUCTION
It is important to ensure you are inactivating any user(s) who is no longer employed with the organization. Keeping the records/profiles as up to date as possible is important because it will impact your reports. For example, if you are trying to track completion rates for your annual training, it will look like staff are not completing their courses when in fact, they are no longer employed there.
When an employee is inactivated, the completion records continue to be accessible and they can be reactivated any time.
Instructions
Click MANAGE USERS from the collapsible side menu.
Click the checkbox to the left of the name.
Multiple employees can be inactivated at the same time. Select all names that are to be inactivated. When selecting multiple names, be sure to select names that are leaving (or have left) for a similar reason, as the system will ask you to select a reason for inactivating them.
Click INACTIVATE USERS
Select the date of leave and the reason for leave using the dropdown list provided.
Click INACTIVATE USER.
