CREATING REWARDS

Rewards are created to congratulate the staff for reaching milestones. Examples of the types of rewards you can offer include a paid day off, or a gift card.

Below are the guidelines to create rewards.

Click Configuration icon
Click Create New Reward
Complete Reward Title, Description, Available Slots

Reward Title – Type in the name of the reward, ie: Win a $10 Tim Horton’s Card

Description – You can enter a description if applicable

Available Slots - This will allow you to set a limit of how many of these rewards you have available, and you will be able to see how many have been claimed vs how many are remaining.

You can customize the rewards by changing the colours, selecting predefined reward icons, and uploading custom icons, such as the example below:

The new reward page is displayed. The 2 options of badges and rewards is on the left hand side of the page, with the word rewards is highlighted. The additional information on the page include: reward type, and available slots. In the middle of the page is a preview of the reward image. On the right hand side of the page are the options of the backgrounds.

You can link badges to the reward by selecting the associated badge and click OK Link Badges page is displayed with the list of available badges to link to a reward. The reward image is displayed. In the middle of the page is a light blue with the image of a coffee cup highlighted in purple and a description of the reward.
Highlighted is the clickable option to link badge to a reward.
