HOW TO SEND A MESSAGE TO STAFF VIA THE MESSAGE BOARD
From your Surge Learning DASHBOARD, click the pencil icon beside MESSAGES.
Determine the recipient of the message. It can be directed to an education group, a Surge user role, or to specific users.
Once you select the person(s) that are to the message, type your message in the field provided.
When the send as email checkbox is checked, Surge will send the message to the recipients by email (providing their email address is noted in their profile).
Click SEND to push the message out.
