REDEEMING YOUR REWARDS

Badges and rewards are a way to celebrate milestones and learning achievements within Surge Learning.

Badges are earned based on certain requirements, for example a specific number of courses completed. Badges can also be linked to rewards.

How to claim a reward:

From the side menu bar, click Dashboard
Scroll down to the My Learning area, and click on REDEEM MY REWARD

If there are rewards available, click on REDEEM and click ok.

If there are NO rewards available, you will get a message “REWARDS NOT AVAILABL Displayed is the progression wheel for the completion of courses. The option to redeem my reward is highlighted. The My badges title is in bold black with list of badges obtained. Highlighted is the clickable link of see all badges.

The redeem rewards page is displayed. A list of rewards available is displayed along with the redeem button.
