1. New Email Queue Option for Compliance Reports
A new option called "LMS-Manager Report" has been added to the Email Queue Type dropdown under System Tools → Email Queue.
This allows Surge Admins to view the email queue where supervisors receive compliance emails that include a compliance graph.
2. Filters Now Included in PDF Reports
When you apply filters in the following reports:
- Monthly Summary Report
- User Education Status Report
- User Education History Report
- Education Assigned to User Report
- Skills Summary Report
- Skills Coming Due Report
- Skills Pending Approval Report
…the same filter values will now appear in the downloaded PDF. This ensures the PDF matches what you see on screen.
3. Course Completion Count in Required Education Completion Report
In the Required Education Completion Report, you can now see the total number of completed courses at the bottom of the page.
4. Custom Fields in Required Education Completion Report
When using the Customize option in the Required Education Completion Report:
- Select Grid View
- Choose custom fields like Custom1, Custom2, and Custom3
- Click Submit
These custom fields will now also appear in the PDF if they were selected in Grid View.
5. Dashboard Access from Compliance Emails
Supervisors who receive compliance emails can now click the "Click Here" link in the email to go directly to the Dashboard landing page.
