1	Enhancement	Super User	Previously, there was no ability to delete a live event created by mistake. It could be edited but not deleted, even by a Surge Admin. This capability is now implemented in the new system: Allow deletion of a live event without any history (e.g., no users added to the live event). Do not allow deletion of any live event if it is inside an LP. If the live event doesn’t have a history, allow deletion. If the live event has a history, show an inactivate icon or CTA. In the case of open events, until a user registers for that session, there will not be any history for that session or event for deletion.
2	Enhancement	Super User	Implemented a feature to populate unique username suggestions when a user tries to create a username that already exists. Example: If the username "johndoe" already exists, the system will suggest "johndoe1" when a user tries to add "johndoe" again.
3	Enhancement	End user	Making SSO and LDAP Available Feature implemented for users to log in using SSO (Microsoft Single Sign-On) and LDAP.
4	Enhancement	Super User	A validation message, “Survey with the same name already exists,” will appear when a user tries to enter a duplicate survey name.
5	Enhancement	End user	For clients that also subscribe to Cobas Academy, when a course contains Cobas content and the test inside the course is passed, the user will receive their certificate from Cobas.
6	Enhancement	Super User	The user education summary report can hold the "Include Previous Year" checkbox. If the setting related to previous year overdue is on, this checkbox will be auto-selected. If the setting is off, this checkbox will be unselected, allowing users to view only current year education.
7	Enhancement	Super User	When clicking “Change password, no email sent” in Manage Users -> User Details, a pop-up message with the default password of that specific client (read from product access settings) will be displayed. The “Ask to change password” checkbox will be checked by default. Once the super user clicks submit, it will direct to the user details page, showing the default text password instead of asterisks.
8	Enhancement	Super User	When a user tries to upload a video, it is transcoded on the Vimeo platform for a few seconds, depending on the size of the video. While playing the course content, if still in progress, a message “Please wait, your video is being optimized” is displayed.
9	Enhancement	Super User	For every change in the course, the course audit trail is tracked when the following changes are made: If the course title has been changed. If the course file path or source has been changed. If the status has been changed (e.g., inactivated or activated). The audit trail information will show when hovering over the "Last Updated" date field.
10	Enhancement	Super User	The change password link is disabled for users under the Manage Users edit page if they have not yet changed their password
11	Enhancement	Super User	For a survey with "Make Survey Anonymous" set to OFF: Display the first name and last name of users who responded to the survey in the Individual Survey Report. The super user can change the setting while assigning the survey. If they allow anonymous responses, it will hide the users who responded to the survey in the individual survey report. If they turn off anonymity, it will display the name of the user in the individual survey report. For an anonymous survey: During the creation of the survey, if it is set to anonymous, all assignments of this survey should hide the display name (first name, last name) in the individual survey report (show "invitee" instead of the display name). During the assignment of the survey, if the user selects the anonymous toggle on in the individual survey report, the related users' names will be shown as "INVITEE."
