System Updates and Enhancements
- Survey Editing and Multiple Selections
Previously, users could select multiple surveys for editing, but a message prompted them to select only one. Now, the "Edit" button is disabled when multiple surveys are selected. - SCORM Course Completion Flag
A new checkbox, "This course returns a completion flag," has been added to the Edit Resource page for SCORM courses. This option is available only to Administrators.- If selected, a course completion verification pop-up will appear upon finishing the last tile.
- If unselected, an "I have completed the course" button will be displayed based on the course duration.
- This functionality also depends on the following settings:
- Use Timed Completion: Must be enabled.
- Use Timed Completion Bypass: Must be disabled.
- Skill Renewal Type Change Notifications
When switching the renewal type between "Never Expires" and "Use Expiry," the following message will appear:
"Attention: Changing the renewal type of this skill will update the renewal date for all users."
However, the obtained date will remain unchanged regardless of the renewal type adjustment. - PDF Viewing of Submitted Surveys
- For anonymous surveys, the submitter's name will no longer be displayed.
- For non-anonymous surveys, the submitter’s name will continue to be shown.
- Updated Message for Unassigning Education
When unassigning a course from Resource Center, Document Manager, or Required Report, the following warning will be displayed:
"Unassigning the selected course(s) and/or document(s) will remove the assignment. This will also remove them from the User Education Status Report. Completed records can still be found in the User Education History Report." - Post-Test Completion Status Updates
Changes have been made to the User Education History and Monthly Summary Report:- If a post-test is removed from a course after completion, the status will be displayed as "N/A", and the certificate will still be available.
- If a post-test is added to an already completed course, the certificate icon will not be displayed, and the post-test status will show as "Not Taken."
- These updates will be based on the test activation date.
- Vendor Course Completion Submission to Legacy API
A new API has been developed to push vendor course completion data to the Legacy system. Examples:- Vendor courses will now send completion updates to Legacy.
- When a client user completes a course, completion details will be pushed to the Legacy client database, allowing the vendor database to retrieve the completion record.
- "Due Date" Filter in Required Education Completion Report
A new "Due Date" option has been added to the Sort By filter, allowing users to sort records based on due dates. - Linked Profile Field in Manage Users
The Linked Profiles field now displays the associated user when viewing a profile. - Survey Summary Report Updates
- Page alignment improvements have been made to the Survey Summary Report PDF.
- Survey details are now displayed below the pie chart. - Inactive Courses Removed from Learning Pathway
When a course is inactivated, it will automatically be removed from the Learning Pathway across all system areas, including My Courses, Resource Center, and Reports. - Auto-Completion of Courses with Tests
Previously, course completions with tests were recorded only under Course Completion. Now, auto-completions are also captured.
Example Scenarios:
- Case 1: If a course is assigned to a group and a user completes it optionally from the Resource Center, the group assignment will be automatically marked as completed. The quiz answers will be visible in the reports.
- Case 2: If a user completes a post-test-enabled course from the Resource Center and later gets assigned the same course through a group, the assignment will auto-complete, and quiz answers will appear in the reports.
