REVIEWING YOUR COURSE HISTORY

As a user of the Surge Learning database, you have access to all of the courses you have taken.

In the course history, which is accessed from the MY COURSES page, you will be able to download (both PDF & EXCEL) your personal transcript, and certificates.

Course History Page

From the Course History Page, you can customize the information you would like to see, including:

Date Range of Completion
Number of Courses Completed
Number of Mandatory vs. Non-Mandatory Courses Completed
Course name(s) and completion date
Test completion date and score.

The Course History Report is displayed. The highlighted fields include the filter option of dates, the option to print the orientation certificate, the number of courses completed.

The lower page of the Course History page is displayed. The highlighted details include the Course Name, Course Completion Date and printable certificate and the test completion date and score.
