Understanding the User Access Levels Within Surge

UNDERSTANDING THE USER ACCESS LEVELS WITHIN SURGE 

Surge Learning provides each organization with the opportunity to customize certain features to ensure the database functions and aligns with your goals. The user level access setting is dependent on your access level.  We recommend that only System Administrators within the organization have access to the  user level access setting. 

If you manage multiple locations, you can make changes simultaneously to either all sites or selected sites. 

To access the user level access settings, open the left side menu bar, and click USER ACCESS SETTINGS. 

To make a change to the access level:

1. Locate the function you would like to change
2. Click on the drop down arrow
3. Click on the desired user level
4. Scroll to the bottom and click save
