UNDERSTANDING THE SYSTEM SETTINGS WITHIN SURGE
Surge Learning provides each organization with the opportunity to customize certain features to ensure the database functions and aligns with your goals. The system setting access is dependent on your access level. We recommend that only System Administrators within the organization have access to system settings.
If you manage multiple locations, you can make changes simultaneously to either all sites or selected sites.
To access the system settings, open the left side menu bar, and click on SYSTEM SETTINGS. The setting’s are divided into categories, including: Product (LMS, PP, QRM), Skills, Email and Other. If the selection is blue, that means the setting is turned on. To activate a setting you can simply drag the setting to the right, and to turn it off drag the setting to the left.
Some of the system setting features include (but not limited to):
- Adding a Default Passing Score for tests
- Adding a Default Test Attempt
- Using the Timer & ByPass Feature
- Uploading a Custom Logo & Certificate
- Setting a Custom Education Year
