HOW TO ADD SKILLS TO YOUR PROFILE
Tracking your skills and certifications within Surge Learning allows you to keep track of the due dates/recertification requirements. Some skills will require a supervisor/leadership approval.
To access the Skills/Credentials page, click on the MY PROFILE icon and scroll down to the Skills and Credentials section.
You will then be presented with a list of applicable certifications/skills that you can check off.
Once you have made your selections, you can then add/change/edit the following fields:
- Add a certificate by click the certificate icon
- Add a note by clicking the 3 line icon
- Check off the competency level box (if applicable)
- Obtained date (the date you have obtained the certificate/skill)
Click submit
