How to Search for and View Policy Using Policy Professional

HOW TO SEARCH FOR AND VIEW POLICY USING POLICY PROFESSIONAL

Policies uploaded for the organization can be found within the Policy Professional product.

The search function can be used to quickly locate a specific policy, or the manuals can be browsed.

Using the search feature 

1. From the left side main menu, click on Policy Professional.
2. In the search field type a key word from the policy.
3. The system will automatically locate any policies

4. Click on the policy name to read the policy

   
   
    

Searching the Manuals

1. From the left menu, select Policy Professional.
2. Browse the manual and expand sub-folders to find the document you need.
3. Click the policy name to open and read it.

Viewing a Document

Once a policy is open, you can view details such as who reviewed or approved it, along with the relevant dates.

If comments are enabled, you can provide feedback under the Activity tab. Comments are sent to the policy’s reviewers and approvers.

Linked policies can be accessed from the Linked Policies tab. Click a policy to open it in a new window.

Reference Material is located in the Reference Tab.
