My Courses

An Overview of My Courses

My Courses is where the staff will view the courses that have been assigned to them.

Courses are assigned to education groups or individuals, therefore any courses shown in My Courses are intended for that person, it is essentially their “to-do” list.

The courses are also visible on the Dashboard as a shortcut/quick access.

The tabs at the top of the screen allow you to filter the view. The default will show mandatory education.  They can also view anything that has been recommended, and any courses they have already completed for the year. My Courses will also list any scheduled Live Events that are available for self registration.

 

Also displayed on the MY COURSE page include:  the course name, duration, and the education group(s) who have been assigned the course, and the applicable due date(s).

Courses that are approaching the due date will show a colour to emphasize that it is either coming due or overdue and staff should focus on those items. The colour legend is shown at the top of the page.
